Quick Start (First Time Use)
- Go to "To-Do", write your first task in the bottom input field and send.
- Go to "Memos", create a new note and add details.
- Open "Chat", try asking a question or uploading an image.
- In "Settings", adjust the theme and language to your preference.
To-Do Management
Create To-Do
- Enter text in the bottom input field and send to create a new to-do.
- You can also attach images, files, or voice content.
Calendar View
- The calendar supports switching between compact view (7-day) and full view (month view).
- After clicking a day, the page will prioritize showing tasks for that date.
Edit Time
- Click the time information on a task to modify the date or time period.
- The list will update immediately after saving.
Task Status Management
- Click the circle before a task to toggle "Complete/Incomplete".
- Swipe left on a task to delete it; deleted items go to the recycle bin.
Common Tips
- An empty state prompt appears when there are no tasks for the day.
- Retry or error prompts appear when operations fail.
Memos
Create and Edit
- Tap the add button to create a new memo.
- Open a memo to continue adding content.
Folder Management
- Create new folders and customize colors for easy categorization.
- Pin frequently used folders to the shortcut area.
Content Organization
- Move records to different folders.
- Delete unwanted content; accidentally deleted items can be recovered from the recycle bin.
Smart Organization
- Use the smart organization entry on supported pages to help structure content.
Chat Assistant
Send Messages
- Support sending text messages and receiving replies.
- Support sending images, files, and voice as supplementary information.
Session Management
- Create new sessions to separate conversations by topic.
- Switch to historical sessions to continue previous conversations.
- Delete sessions or clear current session content.
Message Secondary Actions
- Tap images to view full screen.
- Voice messages can be played, paused, and scrubbed.
- Tap files to try opening them.
Search
- Suggestions appear after entering keywords.
- Submit search to display a list of matching results.
- Tap results to enter the corresponding detail page.
- Support clearing keywords and searching again.
Recycle Bin
- View deleted to-dos, records, and other content.
- Each item supports "Restore" or "Delete Permanently".
- Restored items return to their original location.
Summary Overview
- View daily schedule distribution in a timeline view.
- Tap task blocks to enter the corresponding detail page.
- View details for densely scheduled time periods.
- Quickly return to "Today" view.
Personalization Settings
Appearance
- Support following system, light, and dark themes.
Language
- Support following system and optional language switching.
Preferences
- Add and manage personal preferences to help the system better suit your usage habits.
Other Entries
- Includes Recycle Bin, Summary Overview, legal information, and other common entries.
Login & Account
- Use visible login methods on the login page to complete sign-in.
- Buttons are temporarily disabled during login to prevent duplicate submissions.
- Account-related pages allow binding operations (based on visible items on the page).
Platform Extensions
iOS Shortcuts
- Find "Configure to Shortcuts" in Settings (this entry only appears on iOS devices).
- Tap to open the iCloud Shortcut page and follow the instructions to add.
- After adding, you can execute related workflows directly from the iOS Shortcuts app.
- If you don't see this entry, it's usually because the current device is not iOS.
Android External Image Share
- Open an image in Android Gallery or File Manager and tap "Share".
- Select this app from the system share sheet.
- After returning to the app, the image will appear in the input area as an attachment to be sent (based on actual page display).
- After tapping send, the image will be sent as content to the current input scene.
- If the app doesn't appear in the share sheet, try launching the app once and then sharing again.
Desktop Widget
- Long-press an empty area on the home screen to enter the "Widgets" list.
- Find this app's widget and drag it to the desktop.
- After adding, you can quickly enter the corresponding app feature entry (based on what's visible on your device).
- Widget information updates as app data changes.
- If you don't see the widget, check your system version, widget permissions, and app installation status.
FAQ
Q1: What if I can't see voice or camera features?
Please confirm system permissions are enabled; related features will be restricted when permissions are denied.
Q2: Can I recover deleted items?
Normal deletion goes to the Recycle Bin first, where items can be recovered.
Q3: What if I can't find recently added content in search?
Try clearing keywords and searching again, or return to the original page to confirm the content was saved successfully.
Q4: What to do when a failure prompt appears?
First click "Retry"; if failures persist, re-enter the page and try again.
